Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting financial planning and analysis initiatives that are essential for the operational and strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of monthly financial results, comparing them against forecasts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure the timely and precise completion of monthly closing activities, preparing critical management reports that highlight historical performance, budgets, forecasts, and trends.
  • Oversee the planning and reporting processes for capital expenditures and various projects.
  • Fulfill all financial reporting obligations for the Business Group and Corporate, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Engage with management at all levels, including VPs, Directors, and Managers, as well as FP&A and Accounting teams.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses as requested by senior management.
  • Participate in project teams as necessary, contributing financial insights and support.
  • Act as a collaborative partner within the business, driving process improvements and development initiatives.

Qualifications:
Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Financial Reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP General Ledger and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and balance multiple projects effectively.
