QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, with two years of post-secondary education preferred. Experience in residential support services for homeless individuals is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with computer proficiency are essential. A valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification are beneficial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure effective operational management of the facility
- Supervise front desk activities
- Monitor client adherence to established policies
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift occurrences
- Observe and report on client behavior and activities
- Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the facility
- Coordinate volunteer initiatives
- Conduct regular facility inspections
- Assist in organizing educational and recreational programs
- Identify and report safety concerns and maintenance requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
