Our mission is to support individuals in our community facing personal, emotional, marital, family, or psychological challenges. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including an intensive outpatient program for substance use disorders, psychological assessments, and behavioral health management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and onboard new patients in developing programs.
- Inform patients and clinicians about all available services within the clinic, including other programs and locations.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance understanding of the referral process and registration protocols.
- Follow up with clinicians regarding patient care concerns and scheduling issues.
- Monitor trends and patterns to identify the need for new services, reporting findings to management as necessary.
- Document all incoming communications and daily check-outs in compliance with established policies.
- Support front desk operations and manage intake calls as required by clinic needs.
- Provide assistance with shift coverage during staff shortages.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer usage is essential.
