Job Summary:
As a Clinical Nurse II, you will provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting. Reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide education to patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
