About the Position

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Restoration Supervisor at BluSky. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team and take their career to the next level.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $25-$35 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance. Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Emergency Response: Respond to emergency and non-emergency services jobs, prioritizing prompt and effective resolution of situations.
  2. Crew Leadership: Lead and mentor restoration technicians and laborers, promoting efficient operations and high-quality results.
  3. Project Management: Collaborate with Project Managers to understand and execute project scopes, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  4. Industry Standards: Maintain awareness of safety and protection of building occupants and workers on site, ensuring quality of work meets industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 year of restoration industry experience, preferably in water, fire, or mold mitigation.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensure: Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
