By becoming a part of our organization, you will receive an additional $500.00 in your initial paycheck (subject to applicable taxes).



Key Responsibilities:
  • Our mission is to furnish our clients with the most precise, reliable, and high-integrity data through diligent maintenance and calibration of our chemical apparatus and data acquisition systems.
  • Develop, modify, and construct instrumentation systems to accommodate new testing needs.
  • Repair and propose design enhancements for existing instrumentation systems and processes.
  • Execute all tasks while adhering to quality and safety protocols.


Daily Tasks:
  • Contribute to a team that conducts both routine and specialized calibrations across the division while maintaining exemplary quality records.
  • We operate a well-established preventive maintenance program that aids in delivering consistent testing and reduces downtime and emergency situations.
  • There will be numerous opportunities to apply your troubleshooting expertise across various disciplines, including instrumentation, electronics, electrical systems, pneumatics, plumbing, and mechanical work.
  • We uphold a high standard of quality in fabrication and have skilled craft technicians on our team.
  • Engage daily with project leaders, staff, clients, and vendors regarding work status, progress, challenges, and testing outcomes.


Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An Associate's degree in Electronics or Instrumentation is preferred.
  • Shift work is necessary.
  • 5-15 years of experience in the instrumentation field, including extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and calibrations.
  • 5-15 years of experience using various software applications, including Excel, Word, Visio, Altium, and other custom programs for communicating and configuring specialized instruments.
  • 5-15 years of experience interpreting schematics, electronic diagrams, manuals, as well as written and verbal instructions.
  • Some tasks will require independent work, while others will involve collaboration with team members.
  • A valid and clear driver's license is mandatory.
