Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum ten years experience in Information Technology.
  • Minimum five years experience in BSS/OSS Support.
  • Proven ability to contribute as part of a diverse cross-functional team across multiple time zones and high-pressure situations.
  • Experience with ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and systems such as Unix, Solaris, Windows, AIX, Oracle RAC, GCP.
  • Proficient with JavaScript, SQL, Python & Shell Scripting, Restful/Open API, Apache Tomcat, Tibco, GCP.
