Job Responsibilities
  • This frontline position plays a vital role in creating a positive, inclusive experience for NSB customers; successful candidates will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. Previous cash handling experience is beneficial.
  • The Community Banker will be responsible for processing financial transactions, opening and maintaining customer accounts, and services, with Senior Community Bankers guiding customers through loan processes.
  • We seek candidates who can develop relationships with valued customers, protect bank and customer information, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements
