  • We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Community Banker at our Richmond Branch.
  • This position involves developing strong relationships with valued customers and providing exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers' financial transactions, opening and maintaining customer accounts and services. Additionally, Senior Community Bankers will guide customers through loan processes.

  • Maintain a positive and welcoming experience for NSB customers by utilizing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Prior cash handling experience is beneficial.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers while upholding confidentiality and protecting bank information.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Previous banking experience and cash handling skills are preferred, especially for Senior Community Bankers who must have 3-5 years of branch experience.
