Job Summary

Slalom Consulting is seeking a seasoned Client Partner to join our Public & Social Sector portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing our services to state government clients in the New England area. Your expertise in state government will be instrumental in driving business growth and delivering solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and profitability in the New England region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with state government clients and stakeholders
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements
  • Drive business development through the creation of SOWs, RFP responses, and other sales materials
  • Develop and deliver best practices, delivery templates, and POV papers
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for a particular client list
  • Facilitate client satisfaction surveys (where applicable)

Requirements
  • 10+ years of management/leadership experience in large-scale consulting and/or professional services
  • Industry expertise in state government is required
  • Sophisticated project delivery experience, including all aspects of project/program management
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Consistent track record of client/employee satisfaction
