Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site-specific program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. This includes planning and developing methods and procedures for implementing the site's program, directing and coordinating site activities, and exercising control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the test program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing the site's program
  • Direct and coordinate site activities
  • Exercise control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the test program
  • Select test team personnel according to knowledge and experience in the area with which the program is concerned
  • Confer with contractor or government staff to explain program and individual responsibilities for functions and phases of the program
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) in the relevant field and 10+ years of ship integration and test, operations management, or related experience (or 15+ years of experience without a degree)
  • A US DoD Secret security clearance
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of the larger GDIT Navy and Marine Corps Sector
  • U.S. Citizenship
