Key Responsibilities:

Schedules patient appointments and provides information about clinic operations
Obtains patient demographics and updates existing patient information
Answers telephone calls and distributes to the appropriate personnel
Prepares and enters healthcare providers' schedules into the computer
Coordinates schedules for patients requiring multiple services
Greets patients, accepts payments, and prepares encounter forms and billing packets
Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

1.5 years of experience in customer service, including at least 6 months in a clinical environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
