Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client
  • Provide supervision and training to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including speech-language pathologists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that are grounded in evidence-based practices
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or special education
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA or in a related field
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
