Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting, creating a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Accurately record and maintain client progress, ensuring seamless communication with our team.
  • Manage challenging behaviors, utilizing evidence-based strategies to promote positive outcomes.
  • Implement skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Travel to client homes and community settings, as required, to deliver services and support our clients in their natural environments.
  • Participate in ongoing staff training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in ABA therapy.
