Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Golden State Triad. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing ABA services to students in the Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) in collaboration with school staff
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Attend and participate in student IEP meetings
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students with Autism and other developmental disorders
  • Provide direct treatment to students in the school setting as needed
  • Monitor and report student progress towards behavioral goals
  • Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with mental health clinicians and other related service providers to ensure comprehensive support for students
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • BCBA certification required
  • Experience providing ABA treatment in a school setting
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage maladaptive behavior using ABA principles
