Job Overview

Juno Search Partners is seeking a highly skilled Leadership Administrative Coordinator to support our team in Montgomery County.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000. The company offers an attractive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior administrators, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate institution-wide scheduling efforts through the Event Management System (EMS).
  • Process invoices, gather materials, and research inquiries regarding confidential matters.
  • Greet and direct visitors, review mail, and distribute accordingly in a timely manner.
  • Assist with various meetings and events, as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of previous administrative experience supporting high-level administrators, preferably in an academic environment.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, and maintain discretion.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to interface with all levels of staff, faculty, and students.
