Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team at PeopleShare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting patients in applying for medical assistance and other hospital programs
  • Interviewing patients to complete necessary forms
  • Verifying health insurance information
  • Working with patients, family members, employers, banks, and federal/state offices to obtain additional information
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual Spanish and English skills
  • At least 3 years of medical background experience
