Senior Director of Facilities Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Facilities Management to lead our facilities engineering, operations, and maintenance teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and operations staff to deliver facilities projects and services
- Develop and implement facilities strategies to support business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of facilities services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize facilities needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Ensure facilities operations and maintenance are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
- 21+ years of experience in leadership and management of facilities engineering, operations, and maintenance
- Fully adjudicated TS/SCI clearance
- Project Management Profession (PMP) certified
- Master of Science degree in engineering or MBA in lieu of PMP certification
- Professional Engineering license a plus
- Graduate of military or government professional engineering training programs a plus

Target Salary Range$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
