Job Summary:

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Architect. This role is crucial in enhancing various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will engage in both High-Level and Detailed Design discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful implementation.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be within commuting distance of Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
  • Minimum of 7 years in Information Technology.
  • Proficient in Project Planning, Scheduling, Tracking, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Familiarity with the complete SDLC lifecycle.
  • Experience with Lean and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Project or Program Management.
  • Ability to effectively interact and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Requirement Analysis and Impact Analysis.
  • Able to work in a diverse stakeholder environment.
  • Experience in a Global delivery environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Mac systems is advantageous.

Work Environment:

This role involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication through various means is essential, and travel may be necessary based on job requirements.
