Position Overview:
The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting our HR initiatives under the guidance of the HR Manager/Business Partner. This position encompasses a wide array of responsibilities including recruitment, employee development, labor relations, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Generalist will work onsite five days a week, primarily during first shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Execution (30%):
    Assist in implementing the Nestlé People Strategy to attract, develop, and retain talent aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Recruitment (25%):
    Oversee the staffing process for both salaried and hourly positions, ensuring alignment with the staffing strategy and collaborating with talent management teams on recruitment efforts.
  • Performance & Talent Management (10%):
    Utilize performance management systems to support goal achievement through objective setting and development planning.
  • Employee Relations (25%):
    Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering open communication and addressing concerns as they arise.
  • Compliance (10%):
    Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations through regular audits and investigations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a professional HR role, or five years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Familiarity with Federal and State employment laws is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is required.
