Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our nighttime direct care team at the Young Parent Living Program. Our program offers services including independent living and parenting skill groups, education and job search support, daycare and medical referrals, housing search and aftercare support.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn about our mission and culture through a comprehensive orientation program.

• Assist clients when needed throughout the shift with independent living skills, parenting skills, and other necessary issues.

• Complete light cleaning tasks, administer medications, and document all client interactions.

• Transport clients to bus stations and school in the mornings (if applicable).

• Develop effective relationships with residents, staff, families, and collaterals through professional communication and interaction.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Must remain awake from 12 AM to 8 AM.

• No work experience or college degree needed; we provide training for success.

• The ideal candidate must be a team player, safety-conscious, have excellent boundaries, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must have an active driver's license.
