Business Development Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Würth USA. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career and contribute to the success of our company.
About the Role:
- This role will involve working with decision makers through cold calling and prospecting, managing a territory by making daily calls with dealerships, collisions, and automotive repair facilities.
- The successful candidate will develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
- Beyond sales, this role also involves building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
- Managing a territory by making daily calls with dealerships, collisions, and automotive repair facilities
- Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, including identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferred
- Demonstrated professionalism and customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to collaborate and maintain relationships with decision makers
