Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Würth USA. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career and contribute to the success of our company.

About the Role:

  • This role will involve working with decision makers through cold calling and prospecting, managing a territory by making daily calls with dealerships, collisions, and automotive repair facilities.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
  • Beyond sales, this role also involves building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cold calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
  2. Managing a territory by making daily calls with dealerships, collisions, and automotive repair facilities
  3. Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, including identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated professionalism and customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to collaborate and maintain relationships with decision makers

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
