Job Summary

At LHC Group, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Sales Professional to join our team. As a Clinical Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market share through effective sales calls, strategic planning, and relationship-building.



Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales goals and budgets for assigned locations.
  • Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency.
  • Execute effective sales calls to identify and meet the needs of referral communities, clearly communicating the features and benefits of LHC Group.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive growth by focusing on referral community and patient needs.
  • Manage sales administration duties, including Playmaker, CRM, BOA, payroll, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Be a good steward of company financial resources by projecting a return on investments and managing to a Sales and Marketing expense budget.
  • Stay up-to-date on LHC Group services, competitive advantages, specialty programs, and Medicare guidelines to educate the medical community.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
