Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing company-approved policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Transcribe and enter physician orders into the Medical Information system in a timely manner.
- Oversee all documentation of patient information and maintain facility drug lists.
- Administer medications as prescribed and complete documentation of assessment of effectiveness.
- Assist with patient transportation and ensure provision of vaccinations, immunizations, and annual Tuberculosis (TB) testing.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to discuss personnel and patient care status, issues, and information.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Minimum of one-year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
- Hemodialysis experience preferred.
- ICU experience preferred.
