Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Food & Beverage Leader-in-Development to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Leader-in-Development, you will be responsible for learning and performing all aspects of Food & Beverage operations, overseeing the performance of staff, and taking corrective actions when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and perform all aspects of Food & Beverage operations
  • Oversee the performance of staff and take corrective actions when necessary
  • Schedule staff and maintain accurate payroll records
  • Assist in the various F&B outlets and other operations
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints
  • Monitor product inventory and order additional products as necessary
  • Interview and select staff
  • Follow up on established training steps
  • Handle guest comments and complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Communicate with guests and receive feedback

Requirements:

  • An Associate's degree or higher in Hospitality Management
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
  • Ability to work 47.5 hours per week with a flexible schedule
  • Willingness to relocate upon completion of the program to ensure timely promotion to a management role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
