About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at D4C Dental Brands. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Dental Insurance Expertise: Possess a working knowledge of dental insurance plans and policies, allowing you to effectively communicate with patients and ensure seamless claims processing.
  • Back Office Experience: Previous experience in a dental office setting, preferably in a back office role, is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and insurance providers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-Tasking and Flexibility: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing situations with ease.
