Job Overview

At Mountaire Farms, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee and direct the effective implementation and administration of different Human Resources activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring employee engagement, policy administration, and coaching supervisors and managers in performance management. They will also ensure information is communicated timely and accurately to best support the business, while adhering to all employment-related legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and employee relations
* Provide direction and support to the Employee Relations Managers, Benefits Supervisors, and Human Resources Generalists
* Partner with internal customers to ensure employee relations practices are fostering an environment that is in keeping with company culture
* Ensure investigations and employment compliance issues are resolved timely and quality work products are produced

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years' Human Resources experience with 2 or more years in a supervisory role
* Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
