We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Consultant to join our Innovative Captive Strategies team in Waukee, IA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper services are provided in claims and loss control to all captive members.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Control Workshops: Collaborate with agency partners to plan and execute workshops, including logistics, speaker coordination, and communication with the ICS Event Management Team.
- Risk Control Committee Meetings: Assist in planning and executing agendas, handouts, and follow-up activities.
- Claims Coordination: Work with Finance to ensure Loss History Analysis is completed quarterly, compile performance reports, and review monthly loss runs.
- Loss Control Coordination: Aide in loss control personnel coordination, complete trend reports, and develop targeted loss control strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years providing customer service, risk management services, and managing claims.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and knowledge of organizational methods.
