Chandler Regional Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Arizona, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Food Service Lead to join our team. As a Food Service Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of food service to our patients, families, and hospital visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit tray lines during meal service to ensure food temperatures are correct and food is prepared according to hospital standards.
  • Ensure freezer and assembly stations are clean and fully stocked.
  • Complete patient rounding three times per week to ensure patient satisfaction with food service.

Requirements:

  • Four (4) years of experience in food services.
  • Two (2) years of hospital nutrition experience.
  • Food Handlers Card.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory or lead experience in food services.
