Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain and clean property buildings, grounds, and facilities, including restrooms, showers, and other areas.
- Perform various duties based on property needs, including landscaping, mowing, firewood processing, structure maintenance, sign creation, trail upkeep, carpentry, and plumbing.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as inventory management, reporting, and budgeting.
- Monitor and enforce park regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to additional properties as needed.
