About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Property Worker to join our team at Clifty Falls State Park. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain and clean property buildings, grounds, and facilities, including restrooms, showers, and other areas.
  • Perform various duties based on property needs, including landscaping, mowing, firewood processing, structure maintenance, sign creation, trail upkeep, carpentry, and plumbing.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as inventory management, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and enforce park regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to additional properties as needed.
