Behavioral Support Specialist

At Little Stars Therapy Services, we offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, parent consultation, and community outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one instruction to clients in classroom, home, and community settings.
- Work on communication, social skills, toilet training, functional play, and gross/fine motor skills.
- Monitor and record clients' progress toward behavioral goals each day.
- Participate in a comprehensive two-week training course to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed.
Requirements:
- A strong desire to help children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
- Meticulous in following protocols and recording data.
- Opportunities for advancement and continuous learning.
