Job Overview

Centurion Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall clinical and non-clinical functions and activities of our team, providing services to patients in a jail and/or community setting to meet the requirements of the Allegheny County Mobile Competency Restoration Program.

The Program Manager will provide administrative guidance and supervision of clinical and administrative staff to ensure the mental health and community integration needs of patients are met.

Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication, monitoring program outcomes and success, and maintaining policy and procedure adherence for the MRCT Program.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall clinical and non-clinical functions and activities of a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide administrative guidance and supervision of clinical and administrative staff

Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral Degree (psychology, social work, marriage and family therapist) with active PA state license in good standing
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, and a history of criminal-legal involvement
  • Jail and community mental health experience preferred
  • Experience and understanding of working with individuals who have been deemed incompetent to stand trial
  • Familiarity with Medicare billing
  • Strong background in policy and procedure development, review, revision, and implementation
  • Ability to interact well with varied levels of managerial, clinical, custody, court, and administrative staff in correctional and community environments
  • Must be able to work independently, without direct onsite supervision, and set and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects independently, from inception to completion
  • Exceptional attention to detail required
  • Active in-person CPR certification required along with current tuberculous screening
  • A valid automobile driver's license, appropriate automobile insurance, and a safe, reliable, registered automobile available for use during work is required
  • Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
