Employment Counselor for Veterans

Are you passionate about helping veterans achieve their employment and training goals? Do you have a strong background in case management or career counseling? If so, we encourage you to apply for the **Career Coach, Veterans** position at JVS SoCal. In this role, you will work closely with eligible veterans to develop and implement job readiness plans, conduct eligibility determination, and provide referrals to other social service programs. Your primary goal will be to assist clients in achieving their employment and training goals through personalized coaching and guidance. To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Career Counseling, or a related field, as well as 2+ years of experience in case management or career counseling. A valid driver's license is also required for occasional travel to employer and client work sites. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and collaboration with other agencies.
