Job Title: Utility Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Utility Construction Foreman to join our team at Apex Companies, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and repair of critical stormwater infrastructure across the central states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct and repair stormwater infrastructure, including underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins.
  • Operate advanced construction equipment, including skid loaders, excavators, and dozers.
  • Travel to various project locations, exploring new areas while making a significant impact on our projects.
  • Innovate and learn, mastering pioneering construction techniques and regulatory compliance strategies.
  • Contribute to project success by documenting field observations and driving continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize safety, upholding the highest safety standards on every project.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in stormwater utilities and water/wastewater management.
  • Pouring and finishing concrete, heavy equipment operation, and wet utilities experience.
  • Ability to travel Monday through Friday, with travel required 85% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Comprehensive understanding of OSHA safety practices and comfortable using pickups and equipment trailers.
  • Prior experience leading a crew.
