Key Responsibilities- Construct and Repair Stormwater Infrastructure: Lead a team of construction professionals in the construction and repair of underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins.
- Operate Advanced Construction Equipment: Utilize a range of tools, from hand-held and power tools to heavy machinery like skid loaders, excavators, and dozers, to ensure efficient and safe construction operations.
- Travel and Explore: Travel during the week to various project locations, exploring new areas while making a significant impact on our projects.
- Innovate and Learn: Master pioneering construction techniques and regulatory compliance strategies, positioning yourself as a leader in the industry.
- Contribute to Project Success: Document field observations to aid in project success and drive continuous improvement, ensuring our projects are always top-notch.
- Prioritize Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards on every project, safeguarding yourself and your team at all times.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in stormwater utilities and water/wastewater management.
- Pouring and finishing concrete.
- Heavy equipment operation (excavation, mini excavator and/or skid steer on stormwater projects).
- Wet utilities (pipe laying and repairs for stormwater, water, sewer, wastewater).
- Travel: Ability to travel Monday through Friday, with travel required 85% of the time.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Safety/Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of OSHA safety practices and comfortable using pickups and equipment trailers while following DOT requirements.
- Working-Foreman: Prior experience leading a crew.
