Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Utility Construction Foreman to join our team at Apex Companies, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing critical stormwater infrastructure, operating advanced construction equipment, and traveling to various project locations across the central states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair critical stormwater infrastructure, including underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins.
• Operate a range of heavy equipment, including skid loaders, excavators, and dozers, to ensure efficient and safe project completion.
• Travel to project locations, exploring new areas while making a significant impact on various projects.
• Master pioneering construction techniques and regulatory compliance strategies to position yourself as a leader in the industry.
• Document field observations to aid in project success and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in heavy equipment operation, stormwater construction, and wet utilities (pipe laying and repairs).
• Ability to travel Monday through Friday, with travel required 85% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Comprehensive understanding of OSHA safety practices and comfortable using pickups and equipment trailers while following DOT requirements.
