Job Title: Sales Lead

At Chico's FAS, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for supporting management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations to store teams and hold them accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  • Perform and oversee basic operational activities such as opening and closing duties, and merchandise flow processes.
  • Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
  • Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by management.
  • Develop a high-performance culture, motivating sales teams to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
