Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Telephonic Triage and Patient Flow Coordinator in the Transfer Center. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and flow.

  • You will provide high-quality patient care and services that meet or exceed regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • You will utilize decision-making software to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • You will communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Arkansas RN license.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a transfer center or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
