Ethos Medical Staffing, a nurse-owned and operated organization, is truly focused on caring for those who care for our communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lab Technician to join our team in Seattle, Washington.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in medical laboratory technology and be able to work effectively in an 8-hour day shift, with a 40-hour workweek. As a Medical Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to help diagnose and treat patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood draws, urinalyses, and other diagnostic tests
  • Collect and analyze patient specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples
  • Operate complex laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers
  • Interpret test results and communicate findings to healthcare professionals
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory samples and test results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week
