Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the creation of financial reports and compliance documents
  • Ensure adherence to accounting principles and legal requirements
  • Oversee data integration across systems for accurate reporting
  • Work collaboratively with departments to establish reporting schedules and formats
  • Assist in financial consolidations and management of equity
  • Perform analysis of financial statements and facilitate audit processes
  • Investigate and apply new accounting standards
  • Support processes related to stock-based compensation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA certification is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting
  • Background in SEC reporting within a publicly traded organization
  • Proven experience in team leadership
  • Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and SEC guidelines
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually
