Position Overview

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned branches and associated service channels.
  • Ensure operational efficiency while adhering to established policies and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of exceptional member service in alignment with our PICK US philosophy.
  • Establish and monitor objectives, prioritize responsibilities, achieve outcomes, and uphold accountability.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of managerial experience in a credit union, banking, or financial services environment.
  • Proven track record in branch management and consumer lending.
  • A college degree in business management is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • Must possess NMLS certification.
