- Ensure that all kitchen operations are carried out quickly and effectively, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or other members of the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as culinary arts or hospitality management.
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
