About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team at Professional Hospitality Resources, Inc. and Ocean Beach Club LLC. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent recruitment process for non-exempt and select exempt level candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Non-Exempt recruiting cycle from sourcing to close, ensuring timely and accurate processing of candidate information.
  • Manage Exempt recruiting for select roles not elevated to Executive Search firms, utilizing your expertise to identify and attract top talent.
  • Identify staffing needs based on Budgets and Source reports, creating cost-effective strategies to successfully address in a timely manner.
  • Implement recruiting and hiring best practices aimed at sourcing the most qualified applicants, ensuring a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates.
  • Call, screen, interview, and select candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring proper introduction/handoff of new hires to appropriate Operations Leaders.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting (screening, interviewing, offers, I-9 documentation, and background checks), ensuring accurate information is sent to payroll.
  • Understand and deliver on the importance of sourcing passive candidates, utilizing your expertise to identify and attract top talent.
  • Work closely with other HR/Ops managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
  • Collaborate with Property Ops and Payroll Department to ensure efforts are aligned, fostering a professional and consistent onboarding experience for new associates and maximizing recruiting efficiencies.
  • Plan and execute targeted sourcing initiatives, including Career Fairs, Virtual Hiring Events, Strategic Partner Relationships, Internships, Referral Programs, etc.
  • Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Create and understand all analytics/reporting associated with Staffing and Spend.
  • Establish and maintain community contacts and build connections that aid in passive recruiting techniques to ensure effective staffing levels.
  • Create and execute talent strategies utilizing social media, channel sourcing, and employment branding to position GoldKey|PHR as an Employer of Choice.
  • Manage full hourly recruitment cycle from sourcing to close via recruiting platform.
  • Update status of candidates in the system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • In conjunction with Director of Recruiting & Training/Director of Human Resources, develop an effective and compelling presentation to sell the job, future opportunities, and company to prospective candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Regular follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Ensure I-9 information is accurate and updated prior to expiration.
  • Ensure all interview and employment processes comply with appropriate State & Federal regulations.
  • Manage and motivate seasonal recruiters to deliver sourcing strategies to ensure effective staffing.
  • Ensure a streamlined and process-driven hiring practice for the candidates and company.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Supply name tags for all associates as required, maintaining name tag inventory and troubleshooting the machine as needed.
  • Generate reports on staffing levels, including recruitment efforts based on targeted goals.
  • Provide benefits-related support as needed, including printing benefit materials for onsite meetings, inquiries about plans, form completion, reporting, and compliance.
  • Complete purchase orders utilizing the purchasing system.
  • Maintain and update associate records on the Source, including profile pictures, reporting structure, associate information, etc.
  • Assist with Personnel Action Form (PAF) processing for transfers, address and name changes, and terminations.
  • Support associates with gaining access to payroll data and escalate payroll-related questions if needed.
  • Respond to non-payroll employment verifications.
  • Manage time clock enrollment, inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Promote the HRT bus pass program and assist with associate requests.
  • Oversee management of uniform inventory, including ordering, receiving, department billing, distribution, payroll deductions, and physical inventory.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as filing, reporting, tracking, photocopying, etc.
  • Support associate engagement efforts on property.
Qualifications
  • Type: College degree or four years of related experience in recruitment and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Past experience in direct supervision and development of staff.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a professional recruiter.
  • Experience: Recruitment experience for high-volume positions.
  • Skill: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Skill: Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Skill: Sound computer literacy - MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
  • Skill: Ability to work with numerical data with an analytical approach.
  • Skill: Bilingual preferred.
