We are currently seeking a Liner & Cashier for our expanding locations.

Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a premium experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, taking food orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. You will also prepare orders, package food items, and adhere to our food preparation standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, respect, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with their orders
  • Prioritize orders efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations
  • Possess thorough menu knowledge
  • Engage positively with guests
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately
  • Exhibit professionalism at all times
  • Follow uniform and hygiene standards, including wearing appropriate footwear
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems effectively
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in service
  • Operate third-party delivery systems
  • Be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 53 lbs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Desire for ongoing learning and professional growth
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Minimum age requirement of 15 years
