Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event management is preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
