KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively communicate Fifth Third's value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders, influencing outcomes throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify client requirements and present tailored working capital solutions.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of payment processes and treasury management solutions.
  • Analyze competitive offerings to strategically position Fifth Third's services.
  • Conduct quarterly client service reviews to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to surpass sales targets.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to strategize on sales opportunities.
  • Educate team members on new treasury management products and initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support to client specialists to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all necessary agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in treasury management or commercial banking sales is essential.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence client decisions.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of treasury management products and solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial statement analysis.
