The Maintenance Technician is a key member of the Wogan Group team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as the Maintenance Technician will be required to perform a variety of tasks, including walking the property, lifting heavy items, and performing repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of property facilities to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Respond to service requests from residents and management in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and operate company vehicles as needed.
  • Develop and implement a regular preventive maintenance schedule to ensure the longevity of property equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and management, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service requests and inspections.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a property management setting.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
