About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Lead to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex systems engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of systems engineering solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications and requirements for systems engineering projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on tactical data links, computer repair, computer networking, or tactical communication
  • Experience supervising, coordinating, planning, and managing the operations and integration of the Joint Multi-Tactical Data Link (MTA) Architecture
  • Experience as an Army Interface Control Officer (ICO) or Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO)
  • Experience with AFATDS, CPCE, ATAK, and Army Mission Command Systems
  • Ability to advise clients on joint TDL implementation, employment, capabilities, and integration for all Army mission command systems
  • Ability to integrate, develop, experiment, and test various Army Air Defense mission command solutions
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the Joint Fires Network, Cooperative Engagement Capability, and Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S)
  • Bachelor's degree
