**Job Overview**

**Associate Account Director**

As an Associate Account Director, you will lead marketing communications planning within the agency and champion work that transforms behaviors, people, or even entire communities. Your ability to nurture relationships and grow the next generation of account management should be second to none.

**Responsibilities:**

* Foster partnerships with clients and manage expectations while delivering work that is strategically sound, creatively driven, on time, and on budget
* Curiosity fuels your knowledge of clients' businesses and marketing objectives, including competitive landscape
* Effective collaborator creating great work and knowing how to sell it
* Guide and advise account supervisors on leading marketing communications planning within the agency
* Foster teamwork and mentorship within the account management team and agency culture
* Motivate and seek opportunities to mentor and grow account management talent
* Review all client budgets, partnering with account supervisors and client accountants to ensure profitability

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
* Six or more years of agency or relevant experience
* Account Supervisor experience strongly preferred
* Current with technology and possesses knowledge about integrated marketing/advertising
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to travel as needed
