We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at one of our locations. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding experience in our Judgement Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service, and make members feel comfortable and welcomed.
  • Membership Management: Check in members, provide tours of the club, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
  • Communication: Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facility Maintenance: Regularly clean the entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Continual standing and walking during shifts, continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone, and ability to lift 45 pounds.
